21st century marketing

It is undeniable that social media plays a huge part in world of marketing today, and therefore social media has also been part of most my jobs - one way or the other.

​

I aim to make social media a key component in your branding strategy as a pivotal facilitator of communication with your community or customers. This is often where your customers first meet you, and where they form their first opinion of you – and we all know the crucial importance of first impressions.


Social media managing becomes challenging (and interesting) when the brand exploits the power of this marketing tool to channel their brand message and initiatives, to create strong communities, and pursuit changes beyond selling a product or service.

I've been doing it all from simply assisting in producing photo and text content for social media to manage up to 12 accounts and paid media on Facebook Business Manager and Falcon.

​

Klox Technologies / Kleresca

Global Social Media Management

Responsible for managing, updating, and developing all the social media profiles and platforms used at Klox Technologies, including the brands Kleresca and LumiHeal. Being in alignment with the overall marketing strategy, develop and manage content calendars and campaigns. Plan and create posts, graphics and articles, and execute on both paid and organic campaigns on social media.

Contribute to digital strategy with own expertise and idea, and align and collaborate with other marketing and sales activities. Drive global brand awareness and call to action on SoMe. Develop creative ideas to engage with patients and clinicians to reach targets and optimize ROI.

Kopenhagen Fur

The Showroom & PR department in Kopenhagen Fur were in charge of managing cooperations with influencers and the style library supervising lend outs.

​

Producing content for the media was not an official part of my position, but due to logistics of the company, my department had easier access to the various styles making it faster for us to create photos material. All content was passed on to the social media manager with suggestions for captions. From there the social media manager made the final decisions on what to publish and what not. The purpose was to further promote fur as a fashion material as well as brand awareness for the Kopenhagen Fur brand in the fashion industry. Especially brand collaborations and promotion of these were used to increase brand awareness.

Most of this work was made simply by using an IPhone and the beautiful building and showroom we worked in.

Ikonet.dk

Paid & Organic Advertisement - Facebook Business Manager

At Ikonet.dk I was hired just before the big 'Royal Fireworks' campaign started. Royal Fireworks is one of the companies that Ikonet.dk handles digital marketing and web solutions for. This campaign had primarily been focused on the Facebook-page of Royal Fireworks in the past. Yet now it should be expanded to include an Instagram account for Royal Fireworks, as well as an entirely new sub-brand and attached character; Royal Party and Vita.

It was my primary job to create the new social media accounts, as well as to plan a content strategy. This strategy demanded a multi-channel function, as the customers were approached through Facebook and Instagram, as well as on the corporate website and in physical stores. 

​

It was a different and exciting task, as this strategy only had a short time span running from november through december. The Royal Fireworks SoMe pages were focused on the primary segment of firework buyers, while the new Royal Party brand and persona were supposed to engage a new audience into the exciting and fun world of fireworks and parties through a more 'feminin' approach to New Years e.g. champagne guides, table setting ideas, and articles about the traditional Danish New Years cake.

My great outcome from these tasks, was how I gained experience with content planning, and practice with Facebook Business Manager.
